How to Sign Up for a ZOOM Class
1. Click on the "Sign Up Here" button above and sign up on our MINDBODY software.
2. Once you are signed up an email will send you a link for the ZOOM meeting.
3. On the day of the meeting click on the link 10-15 minutes before to make sure everything is working and if it is not please call the studio at 561-441-4444.
4. Colleen will join in the class 10 minutes early to give everyone a chance to catch up and talk.
5. Please enjoy the class and go at it at your own pace. We will only use equipment most people have at home and work in a small space.
Items to have for the class:
A few cans of soup
A box(such as a pasta, cereal or cracker box)
Boxing Gloves(if you have them)
T-Shirt for some exercises
A chair if you need any support with balance
Anything else you may need will be included in the email
